| Why I vintage race |
I Raced motorcycles in High School and College so my friends and family knew I was a little "loose"..In August 1997 I attended the Monterey Historics...Shelby was the Marque..I arrived at the track just as aproximately 37 Shelby Mustangs were warming up for Saturday's practice...have you ever seen and heard 37 Shelby Mustangs entering the track as the fog was lifting at Laguna ?....I started building my car the next day..2 years later CSRG accepted me like I was Family, the Sportmanship, competition, commaraderie and attitude of the CSRG membership is the standard for All Vintage clubs. I have had the fortune to meet some Great people at CSRG events...the reward of being able to share this "passion" and form new friendships with these people is why I Vintage Race. |
